Ferman Hotel Old City -Special Category Istanbul, Istanbul

My stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed having a little balcony to enjoy the views. The top-ups of fresh towels and toiletries made me feel pampered. The location was brilliant, near all the historical sites, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience on the top-floor terrace was also delightful, with delicious food served in the evenings.

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean, were unfortunately located in the basement without any daylight, but they were still lovely and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel appeared a bit run down and needed some maintenance work. The service was exceptional, with the staff being wonderfully kind and exceptionally obliging, especially Nuri. The location was pretty good, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by charming cobblestone streets and outdoor restaurants. The dining experience, boasting the best sea view and diverse delicious options, stood out. However, the facilities could use improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay with some ups and downs.

The service is excellent, making guests feel at home with helpful assistance for various arrangements. The location is fantastic, close to major attractions. Dining experiences are very good, with stunning views, but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a value-for-money choice with some minor room sound issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with a small balcony offering a lovely view of the Bosphorus. The service was fantastic, with helpful and friendly staff, making my experience truly memorable. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from major sights like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying the magical view while dining. The hotel facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were unfortunately noisy due to their location on the top level, and there was little choice available. On the positive side, the service provided by Mr Serdar, Mr Pyram, Mr Mart, Mr Kamal, Mr Ahmad, and especially Mr Hamza was friendly and polite. The location was great for exploring Istanbul's main attractions, but there were some noise concerns. The dining experience on the rooftop terrace with views of the Marmara Sea was outstanding, but the noise from the top level rooms affected my enjoyment.
